You can cancel your order any time after your order has been placed, up until 30 days from the day after you received you order. If 30 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the manner in which they were received: in perfect condition, without scratches or damages. Sorry, we can’t accept returns for any items that look like they were used.
Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded and may only be refunded if there is a remaining amount that, in the reasonable opinion of the trader, cannot be conveniently used. Any refunds will go to the purchaser of the voucher, not the recipient. Vouchers will expire in one year after the purchase date.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sale prices apply only to items ordered during the sale – items ordered before or after the sale will not have prices adjusted to include discounts.
Addressee unknown problem
In case of the items get sent back (with “addressee unknown” or similar reasons) we have to apply the the shipping fee to resend it and these additional fees are not refundable if you later choose to return your item.
If your shipping address is incorrect and the courier can’t reach you (incorrect address, or you are not available) the package will be destroyed, therefore refund is not possible in such case.
The shipping costs are calculated to deliver to one (first) location so if you correct it after an unsuccessful delivery by FedEx (DPD/GLS) or call FedEx (DPD/GLS) and change your address after your order was shipped, the courier company will bill you 8 Euro, which is the fee for changing the address during delivery.
The additional fees are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
